5 potatoes, scrubbed clean
3 tablespoons oil, plus more for pan
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1. Preheat the oven for 450 degrees. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then sliced into thin “fry” wedges.
2. Toss the potatoes with the oil and seasonings until coated evenly.
3. Arrange the fries in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
4. Eat. Yum!
